The UCPS After School Program is currently accepting registration applications for Summer Camp 2017. Summer Camp is open to all current Kindergarten – Fifth grade UCPS students. Enrollment will be on a first-come, first served basis and each site will be capped at 75 students.
The 2017 Summer Camp sites are: Poplin, Rea View, Rocky River, Sandy Ridge, and Sun Valley.
Summer Camp dates are June 12th – August 18th 2017. Camp times are from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily. Weekly tuition is $110.00 for the first child and $105.00 for each additional child in the same family. A non- refundable $125 Activity fee is required to register and secure your space.
Summer Camp activities include water fun, arts and crafts, games, music and dance, special presentations, and weekly field trips.

It’s that time of year to register your child for Kindergarten for the 2017-2018 school year. If your child turns 5 on or before 08/31/2017 (born between 09/01/2011 and 08/31/2012) – your child is eligible for Kindergarten. The following link is our registration packet. ITES Kindergarten Enrollment Packet We would prefer you to come to the school and sign this packet out so we know how many potential students we will have next year, but understand if you are unable to get to school during regular office hours.

We do ask that if you do print and fill out the enrollment packet at home that it is returned to the school by March 1st with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and two proofs of residence.
Once your registration is turned in, you will then be able to sign your child up for one of our required “Kindergarten Camp” days in August. Our Kindergarten Camp is being offered on August 8th or August 15th with 2 available sessions on each day, one at 9:30AM-11:00AM or one at 12:00PM-1:30PM.

For your convenience, yearbooks can also be purchased online at www.memorybook.com/parentpay, our school code is 82227. Online orders accepted till 4/9/17.
